The "all bacon all the time" diet has led to Porter to balloon in weight. This is the scale from this morning.
In addition to ballooning up in weight, the bacon diet has sapped him of his strength, leaving him panting after walking a block to the park.
Here he is moments later, despondent over the death of his dog racing dream. The way he has been acting lately, I just hope that he doesn't take it too seriously and do something crazy.

Oh Porter you need to take the longer view of your career anyway. A racing career is fleeting, but a top chef you can do for a lifetime. I think you should get back in the kitchen and whip your dad up some more Jambalaya whatever that is anyway!
